Adding software to your Accessed Space account using Software Navigator™ is a straightforward process that allows you to efficiently manage software assignments and provisioning for your team members. Follow these steps to add software to your account:

Steps to Add Software

  1. Navigate to Software Navigator™

    • Go to the Software Navigator™ section within your Accessed Space account.

    • Click on the "Add Software" button to open the software collection.

  2. Browse and Search for Software

    • You can browse through the collection of available software or use the search bar to find specific software.

    • If the software you’re looking for is not listed in our Software Navigator collection, you have the option to "Add Other" software manually.

  3. View Software Details

    • For software listed in the collection, click on "View Software" to see detailed information about the software, including its description and functionality within Accessed Space.

    • Review the software overview to understand its features and any provisioning capabilities.

  4. Add Software to Your Account

    • If you wish to add the software to your account, click the "Add to Account" button.

    • This action will add the selected software to your Software Navigator, making it available for tracking and assigning access to team members in your organization.

  5. Configure the Software

    • You can optionally configure the newly added software with some key insights on software.

    • This will help you have a clear picture of license type, payment schedule, pricing information and more!

  6. Assign Software to Team Members

    • Once the software is added to your account, you can manage assignments by going to the Software Assignments section or during team member onboarding.

    • Assign the software to specific team members as needed.

  7. Auto Provisioning and Deprovisioning

    • Some software in the collection supports auto provisioning and deprovisioning, which can simplify the process of onboarding and offboarding team members.

    • Software that supports auto provisioning will indicate "Provisioning" within the software overview, along with any prerequisites required for provisioning.

Auto Provisioning and Deprovisioning is coming soon within our Business+ plan for select software. Not currently enabled to new and existing accounts.

By using Software Navigator™, you can streamline the process of adding and managing software within your organization, ensuring that your team has the necessary tools while maintaining control over software assignments and access.
