Managing your prepaid wallet in your account ensures smooth operation and uninterrupted service for all users in your account while processing retrieval orders for devices such as Laptops, Tablets and Cellphones. This guide will help you understand how to manage your wallet effectively.

Adding Funds to Your Wallet

Step-by-Step Guide

Log in to Accessed Space: Ensure you are logged in with an Admin or Billing user account.

Navigate to Billing:

  • Select Billing from the sidebar menu.

    Access the Prepaid Wallet:

  • In the Billing section, locate the Available Funds in Wallet card.

    Add Funds:

  • Click on the Add Funds button.

  • Select the amount you wish to add.

  • Select your pre-authorized payment method and complete the transaction.

Important Note

  • Only Admin and Billing roles can manage adding funds. If you do not have the appropriate role, please contact your administrator.

Setting Up Auto-Funding

To avoid interruption in services, Admin and Billing roles can set up auto-funding. This feature automatically adds funds to your wallet when the balance reaches a specified threshold.

How to Enable Auto-Funding

Log in to Accessed Space: Use your Admin or Billing account credentials.

Go to Billing: Click on Billing from the sidebar menu.

Navigate to Auto-Funding Settings:

  • In the billing page, look for Wallet Refill Settings.

    Set Refill Threshold:

  • Specify the amount to add when the threshold is reached.

  • Select the reload amount at which auto-funding should trigger.

  • Confirm your payment method for auto-funding.

  • Click Set Up Wallet Refill to enable auto-funding.

Benefits of Auto-Funding

  • Prevent Insufficient Funds: Users assigned the User role will not encounter insufficient funds messages when balances are low unless refill was declined.

  • Ensure Smooth Operations: Retrieval requests and other services will continue without interruption.

Managing Your Wallet

Regularly monitor your wallet balance and funding activity to ensure that your services remain uninterrupted. Only Admin and Billing roles can make adjustments, so it's crucial to maintain these roles updated in your team.
