When you decide to downgrade your account to our free plan, here’s what you can expect:

1. Access to Features and Functionality:

  • Realistically, your account will experience a reduction in available features compared to our paid plans. Specifically:

    • You will no longer be able to add Departments to your account.

    • Features exclusive to our paid plans will no longer be accessible.

2. Account Limits:

  • Account limits will come into effect. These limits include:

    • Maximum number of Software within Software Navigator.

    • Limitations on adding additional Team Members and Users.

    • Constraints on the number of Assets you can add and manage.

    • A maximum number of preset delivery addresses for Device Retrievals.

    • Limits on the number of daily API calls.

3. Data Retention and Accessibility:

  • Any data currently within your account will remain intact. If you exceed the limits of the free plan, functionality associated with those excesses will be disabled until you are within or below the plan's specified limits.

4. Refund Policy:

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for downgrading your plan. We recommend contacting our support team to coordinate your downgrade at the end of your current billing term. This ensures you retain access to the features and functionality of your paid plan until the end of your paid term.

    • Please review our Refund Policy here.

5. Specific Plan Limits for the Free Plan (Starter Plan):

  • Our free plan (Starter Plan) includes the following limits:

    • Up to 8 Team Members.

    • 2 Account Users.

    • Management of up to 24 Assets.

    • 10 software within Software Navigator

    • 1 preset delivery address.

    • Allowance of 50 daily API calls.

6. Additional Changes and Limitations:

  • Upon downgrading to the free plan, you will lose access to:

    • Software Auto Provisioning within the Software Navigator.

    • The ability to add departments and assign them to team members.

    • Priority support services.

Conclusion:

Downgrading to a free plan reduces your access to certain features and imposes account limits. Your existing data will be preserved but may be restricted based on the new plan's limitations. For a seamless transition and to maximize your current plan benefits, we advise coordinating with our support team before your current billing term ends.

If you have any questions or require assistance with your plan downgrade, please don’t hesitate to contact our Billing team.
