Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial period for all our paid plans to allow you to experience our application risk-free. During this trial period, you have full access to all features and functionalities of our service without any charges.

Billing and Payment Terms

After the trial period ends, our paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the option you choose at signup. You will be automatically billed at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the full functionality of our service until the end of your current billing term.

Refund Policy

Please note that refunds are not granted for services that have already been paid for. This includes any charges incurred after the trial period has ended and payments have been processed.

Equipment and Device Return Service Refund Policy

Device Return Service

Our device return service is designed to facilitate the safe and convenient return of company-issued equipment by your employees.

Reminder and Communication Efforts

We make every effort to ensure that your employees send back their equipment:

  • Friendly Reminders: We send regular reminders to your employees.

  • Communication Attempts: We attempt to contact your employees via phone and email (if valid email and/or phone provided during retrieval requests).

  • Notification: If we are unable to establish communication after 5 phone calls and 5 email attempts, we will notify you of the situation.

    • Note: Our vendor Device Rescue needs a valid email and phone number for your employee, failure to provide this, they cannot conduct friendly reminders.

Refund Policy

Because we provide our full service when our vendor, Device Rescue fulfills your order, refunds cannot be issued for our services if your employee fails to return their device. This includes once our Vendor has indicated that the order has been shipped.

Downgrading Options

Customers have the flexibility to downgrade their subscription plan at any time. This can be done conveniently through your online account settings or by contacting our customer support team for assistance.

Immediate Downgrade

If you choose to downgrade immediately through your account settings, the change will take effect instantly. Please note:

  • Immediate Effect: Your plan will be adjusted immediately, and no credits or refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing cycle.

Scheduled Downgrade

Alternatively, you may opt to schedule a downgrade to take effect at the end of your current billing term. This option is ideal if you wish to utilize the full benefits of your current plan until the next billing cycle concludes.
