Using Google Single Sign-On (SSO) is a quick and secure way to access your Accessed Space account without needing to remember an additional password. This guide will walk you through the process of using Google SSO and provide important information about its functionality.

Benefits of Google SSO

  • Quick Access: Log in to your Accessed Space account with just a few clicks using your Google credentials.

  • Enhanced Security: Benefit from the robust security features provided by Google, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

  • Password-Free: Eliminate the need to remember another password, simplifying your login process.

How to Use Google SSO

  1. Log In with Google

    • On the Accessed Space login page, select the option to log in with Google.

    • You will be redirected to the Google sign-in page. Enter your Google email and password if prompted, and authorize Accessed Space to access your Google account.

  2. First-Time Login

    • This is done from the login page. When prompted to login to your account, select Continue with Google to be taken to select your Google account.

      • Note: If you are currently logged in with a Google account and only have one, it will use this account by default and will not prompt you to sign in again. Please ensure that logged in account matches your email on file with Accessed Space or you will get an error.

    • Once linked, you will be able to log in using Google SSO going forward.

  3. Continuing with Google SSO

    • After your initial login with Google, you must continue using Google SSO for future logins.

        • Note: If you are currently logged in with a Google account and only have one, it will use this account by default and will not prompt you to sign in again. Please ensure that logged in account matches your email on file with Accessed Space or you will get an error.

    • If you attempt to log in with a password, you will receive an alert indicating that your account uses Google SSO.

Important Notes

  • Eligibility: Google SSO is available if your login email is a Google email account, such as Gmail or Google Workspace.

  • Disabling Google SSO: To disable Google SSO once enabled, you must contact Accessed Space support. There is no option to disable Google SSO from your account settings.
