Understanding the various shipping statuses is crucial for tracking your retrievals effectively. This article explains the different statuses you'll encounter on the Retrieval History and Retrieval Details pages.

Retrieval History Page Statuses

The Retrieval History page uses nested statuses to provide a comprehensive view of the retrieval process:

  • Preparing for Shipment: This initial status indicates that the retrieval process has begun. It's displayed when the employee shipment status is unknown, and the return shipment status is either unknown, awaiting shipment, or in pre-transit.

  • In Transit to Team Member: This status shows that the item is currently being transported to the team member. It's used when the employee shipment status is in transit, regardless of the return shipment status.

  • Out For Delivery to Team Member: This indicates that the item is on a delivery vehicle and will soon reach the team member. It's shown when the employee shipment status is out for delivery.

  • Return to Sender back to Vendor: This status appears when there's an issue with the employee shipment, and the item is being sent back to the vendor. It's used when the employee shipment status is return to sender.

  • Delivered to Team Member: This status confirms that the item has been successfully delivered to the team member. It's displayed when the employee shipment status is delivered.

  • In Transit Back to You: This status indicates that the item is now on its way back to the original location. It's used when the return shipment status is in transit.

  • Out For Delivery Back to You: This shows that the retrieved item is on a delivery vehicle and will soon be returned to the original location. It's displayed when the return shipment status is out for delivery.

  • Return to Sender Back to Team Member: This status appears when there's an issue with the return shipment, and the item is being sent back to the team member. It's shown when the return shipment status is return to sender.

  • Retrieval Completed: This final status signifies that the entire retrieval process is finished, and the item has been successfully returned to the original location. It's displayed when the return shipment status is delivered.

Each status provides a clear snapshot of where the item is in the retrieval process, from initial preparation to final delivery.

Retrieval Details Page Statuses

The Retrieval Details page uses real time shipping statuses per address: Employee Address, and Return To address to provide more specific information about each shipment stage:

  • Preparing for Shipment: Similar to the overview status, this indicates the initial stage of the retrieval process.

  • Awaiting Shipment: This status shows that the shipment is ready but hasn't been dispatched yet.

  • Pre-Transit: This indicates that the shipment has been processed and is about to begin its journey.

  • In Transit: This status shows that the item is currently being transported.

  • Out for Delivery: This indicates that the item is on a vehicle for final delivery.

  • Delivered: This status confirms that the item has been successfully delivered to its destination.

  • Return to Sender: This status is used when a shipment couldn't be delivered and is being returned to the sender.

Each status on the Retrieval Details page is accompanied by a color-coded pill for easy visual identification:
