Funding Prepaid Wallet Balance
When using debit or credit cards for equipment and device retrieval services, a 3.5% processing fee applies. To avoid this fee, we recommend funding your prepaid wallet using ACH.
Please note:
ACH Processing Time: ACH transactions typically take between 3 to 5 business days to process.
ACH Wallet Funding: Funding your wallet via ACH for retrievals may also take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
